This book measures 14.25 x 11 inches and would make a great addition to any collection.

- One 2011 CMA promotional fold out poster. This poster comes in a white envelope that measures 6.5 x 6.5 inches. The poster when folded measures 6.5 x 6.5 inches. The poster on one side has a nice image of Blake on the reverse it states ""...the most important and visible ambassador from Nashville to the American Mainstream." - The New York Times." The poster opens up to reveal a nice picture of Blake with information about CMA Consideration. It then opens up again to reveal a beautiful full length image of Blake with tons of quotes from various industry personnel.
