The staff at Strictly Country recognizes you may have questions for us.  We ask you to read these frequently asked questions prior to contacting us.  Thank you.

 

Q: Is there a telephone number I can call to speak to a live person?

A: Due to the nature of our business, as members of the media, our telephone lines are tied up in interviews and other aspects regarding Country Music.  Therefore, we do not have a telephone number to provide for you to speak with a representative of Strictly Country Magazine.  Further more, we do not want to be inundated with harassing phone calls regarding telemarketers and or politicians.

Q: Where can I apply for a job at Strictly Country Magazine?

A: We are not looking for employees at this time.

 

Q: Where can I submit my articles for print in Strictly Country Magazine?
A: We are not looking for writers, submitted work and or photographers at this time.

 

Q: How do I get backstage passes?
A: We do not handle backstage passes!

Q: Can I come to your office to pick up my order?
A: Sorry, no.  Due to the nature of our business, as members of the media, we do not accept any visitors at our offices.

 

Q: What if I don’t like my order, can I return it?
A: We take pride in sharing with you the available information about each of the items we sell on our website.  However, ninety-nine percent of the items that we offer are very limited to only one and we do not have the ability to order more.  Therefore, we do not accept any returns and or exchanges on all sales. All sales are final. We assure you that we will do everything in our power to package your items so that they will arrive to you safely.  However, things do happen within the shipping process and we are not responsible for these events as they are out of our control.  If you wish, for a piece of mind, you can always ask to have shipping insurance added to your order.  If you wish to have this added, at an additional USPS cost, please contact us prior to placing your order.
