Fight For The Future Charities In 1995, the staff at Strictly Country came together to carry on an old tradition. A traditon known to country music as 'giving back.' Therefore, we began Fight For The Future Charities. Utilizing our connections with in the Country Music industry, each year we ask entertainers to donate to this worthy cause. In the past we helped raise funds for The National Cancer Society of America and the Jacob Wetterling Foundation for Missing Children. In 2004, Strictly Country teamed up with The P.O.W. Network.
The P.O.W. Network maintains the history of the POW / MIA issue, with a focus on Vietnam using both an internet and archival pressence, currently housing over 50,000 documents. No group, organization nor individual is charged for material, reserach, lists, or answers generated through online, phone or mail inquires. Through out the year, we offer these donated items to the public for sale. Strictly Country strongly believes that everyone wishes to help, therefore, we keep the prices of each donated item affordable. All proceeds raised from the sale of each of the donated items is presented to The P.O.W. Network. Purchases of any of the items under the Fight For The Future Charities sale are tax-deductible under IRS rulings to the full extent of the law. For more information please click on the following...
